Real Estate Lead Engine
Problem
A two-building apartment operation needed qualified renter leads without scaling manual work or losing track of where each lead came from.
My responsibility
Sole builder of the engine: verified listing facts, creative production, Meta campaign setup, landing pages, capture forms, CRM, follow-up logic, and the measurement loop.
What I built
A reusable lead pipeline: verified listing data → short-form video creative → Meta ads → landing pages and forms → a waitlist CRM with source tags and manager alerts. Every lead is followed up before it cools off.
Who uses it
The property manager and leasing team across both buildings, as the live intake and follow-up system.
What happened
The workflow is live across both buildings. About $35 in early paid tests produced 10 paid leads, or roughly $3.50 per lead. Each person can now be followed from source through inquiry, tour, application, and signed lease.

One of the public listing assets created from verified availability and used in the campaign.
Early small-sample result across two apartment buildings. The next question is how inquiry quality, follow-up speed, tours, applications, and leases change over repeated campaigns.
